BrotHaus Café in Herzogenaurach

The breakfast was very good ... but unfortunately the employee spoiled it for me. After asking a perfectly normal question, he got very rude and came up with things like ... if I wanted to risk the stress. The reaction was very inadequate and I was not at all comfortable.

Very tasty rolls! However, it has happened to me several times that one of the rolls I chose was missing in the bag and I paid for it anyway ... Unfortunately, I only opened the bag at home. From now on I take better care 😛

I really never write reviews but the red-haired employee (with at least as red skin color), whose name I unfortunately forgot, is incredibly rude and rude. And I say that as someone who has worked in sales for years. I won't spend my money here in the future.

The pastries are delicious and the service is very nice.

I personally have always liked this Café, however I have to say I had a negative experience today with the lady serving me. Her attitude was extremely rude to me, and she even threw my change on the coins plate instead of placing it nicely. I was a bit speechless but I understand that everyone can have a bad day. I highly value customer service especially in a place where there are many Cafés like this to choose from. Good customer service can definitely make a difference.

Sometimes a little longer waiting time, otherwise very tasty. Employees are on the ball!

The place is nice and the food is tasty. I rated in 4 stars only because dogs are forbidden inside, but I do realize that for someone it could be a good thing :-)

Here are the best donuts with Hiffenmark during the carnival season! Large, super full, just delicious and you don't have to keep pounding like others ;-)

Right next to Herzogenaurach bus terminal, this should be the first stop for the hungry, tired, frozen and/or drenched traveler. At fair prices you can get bakery items, cake, coffee and cold/hot meals in a casual but pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff, too. Outdoors seating for fair weather or smokers available. Great to spend the time you'll have to wait for your bus, or rest after sightseeing.
